Daniel Auldjo studied Design and Applied Arts at Edinburgh College of Art under Derek Hodgson, graduating in 2001 after specialising in Furniture Design. Following on from this he completed a Post Graduate at Moray House, and currently teaches secondary school Art and Design.
Whilst continuing to produce small scale commissioned furniture and fine woodwork, he has also pursued studies in shape and form, resulting in paper sculpture commissions for the Scottish Mathematics Council.
Alongside his three dimensional work, he also continues to paint, using a variety of media, again focusing on shape and form through textures.
