Ronnie Russell was born in Aberdeen and for most of his life has lived Troon, Ayrshire.
After 25 years in the textile design industry, Ronnie is now a full time artist and cartoonist, since the early 1990’s specialising in acrylic and watercolour painting.
He exhibits in a number of galleries in Scotland and has work in many private collections worldwide, including The House of Lords. He has also been involved in several solo and group exhibitions.
